Wet Weather Policy:

All events require a non-refundable deposit of $500 (+GST) to be paid to secure your booking.

The following wet weather cancellation policy applies for a standard Outdoor Cinema screening:

•  The client cancels any time and for any reason after 12 noon on event day – 100% cancellation fee.

•  The client cancels any time and for any reason prior to 12 noon on event day – forfeit of deposit.

For country events outside of Melbourne, the cancellation time is 10.00am on the event day.

Unfortunately, no one has the ability to successfully predict rain or inclement weather, so we apologise, but this one is in the hands of mother nature.

Sundown Moving Pictures is always happy to reschedule your event so that you are not out of pocket for your deposit. Keep in mind that we do get heavily booked over the summer months and rescheduling is subject to availability of our screens. Rescheduled dates can not be guaranteed and will only be finalized following your cancellation.

In the event of rain, your event will not be able to automatically be taken indoors. Prior arrangements need to have been made for this to be an option. If no arrangements have been made the event must remain cancelled. If you are fortunate to have an indoor option, then this is great news, and you can then not worry about the weather.
